An old saying which more or less means that we have become so used to it that it is figuratively almost genetically fixed. Literally, there is a lot in our nature, something we need to protect, experience and harness!

Verver Export continuously works on concepts in which we project these three principles onto public green spaces in the city, village or municipality. No vast nature reserves but rather locations where we want to bring nature closer to people in order to then protect, experience and use it.

“A feast for people and animals”

This is how we can call our new flower bulb mixture ‘Nature Fiesta’, which we can quickly plant by machine in roadsides and parks, where preferably the grass has been cut once more before winter. These small cheerful bulbs do not grow very tall and like to stand with their heads in the sun instead of hidden among the grass. Early bloomers that are perfect for early bees looking for reinforcements! Depending on the microclimate in your stand and your location in Europe, the flowering period in spring will be longer or shorter.

Complete the party by planting this mixture in the open ground and combining it with a perennial flower seed mix – you will extend the party for people and animals – into late autumn.

A variation on the saying ‘honesty is the best policy’. Because not only honesty, but also sustainability in the world will get you the furthest. Sustainability is the red – or rather, the green – thread in our daily decisions and our Verver Export long-term vision.

Another well-known slogan is “flowers love people”. It was coined around 1970 by the Bloemenbureau Holland. This is independent foundation that promotes flowers and plants in the Netherlands and abroad. After 30 years, this slogan has given way to new campaigns.

We want to bring out the figurative meaning of the slogan once again to emphasise that beautiful, cheerful flowers love people because they love to be seen by people! After all, many studies around the world show that flowers make people feel positive, something that Verver Export is happy to demonstrate with its ready-made summer bedding concepts, under the name Summer Trams.
